Pricing questions

Which music links can I add?
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Tidal and Deezer links are matched to tracks on your office’s connected service. Office playback supports Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and Tidal; a link without an available match cannot be queued. Quiet hours silence game sounds and music-related Slack posts, not music playback.
Who counts as a member?
Anyone with an account in your office, including people working remotely. Premium covers the whole office for $19/month, with no per-person charge.
What happens when a free office reaches 5 members?
Existing members can keep listening and adding songs. New members can join once the owner upgrades or removes a member in Settings to free a spot.
Does Tune in cost extra for each listener?
One Hivequeue Premium subscription covers the office. Each remote listener also needs their own Spotify Premium account. Tune in follows Spotify tracks on their own device; it does not support other music services yet.
Can I try Premium before paying?
If you have a beta code, the office owner can enter it in Settings → Billing to activate Premium without a payment card.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing portal from Settings. Premium lasts until the end of the billing period. Then Tune in stops and the office returns to Free. Existing accounts and history stay; new members cannot join while the office has 5 or more members.
