Pricing questions

What does the price include?
Keeper covers speaker management. Music subscriptions and commercial music licenses are separate. Current setup also needs compatible Sonos speakers and a computer that stays on at each location. During early access, available features are shared across both planned packages and music does not stop when the trial ends.
Is this the same product as Hivequeue?
Hivequeue for offices lets coworkers add songs and vote together. Keeper lets managers set zones, volume and schedules across locations. They have separate pricing.
Do I need to switch music services?
We'll confirm whether your service provides supported favorites, playlists or stations through Sonos before setup. Starting approved music requires validated enablement and is not generally available. Guard mode can try to return a zone to its existing Sonos queue after a takeover; it cannot disable external inputs or speaker buttons.
