During scheduled listening hours, guard mode can try to return a zone to its existing Sonos queue after another source takes over. It cannot guarantee the scheduled selection or disable inputs and speaker buttons.
What each location needs.
Compatible Sonos speakers and a computer that stays on at the location. Install the Hivequeue app on that computer, sign in and choose the location. Managers then use the browser dashboard.

Considering Sonos Pro?
Music and management
Sonos Pro includes commercially licensed music. Keeper charges for management, with your music subscription purchased separately.
Preventing interruptions
Sonos Pro offers settings for external audio sources such as AirPlay, Bluetooth and line-in. Keeper's guard mode responds after a takeover; it does not disable those inputs or speaker buttons.

- Who can change the music?
- You invite managers and choose their roles. Keeper is managed from the dashboard, with no public song requests or voting.
- Can I use my current music service?
- That depends on the content your service makes available through Sonos. Approved-content playback requires validation of the specific Sonos favorite, playlist or station before it can be enabled. Tell us which service you use so we can confirm the fit before setup. Your music subscription is separate; Keeper does not include a commercial music license.
- What is available during the trial?
- Every organization gets 30 days to try the available management features. Starting approved music remains disabled until playback is validated for the supported content and setup. Current early access does not stop music when the trial ends; plan packaging is still being finalized. The public API and integrations webhooks are still in development.
- What are the current limits?
- Each organization supports up to 50 locations. Each location supports 70 approved library items and 32 schedules. Offline speakers cannot apply a scheduled change until they reconnect.
